Looking for a more exciting alternative to flowers as a gift for those meaningful to you?

This contemporary red bean or mung bean filled Thai dessert, Phakakrong (TH: ผกากรอง) - which means generousness - will be a thoughtful gift for anyone you wish to treat.

Phakakrong is the name of a flower local to Thailand. It is a contemporary Thai dessert with a traditional flavour made with special wheat flour, coconut milk, sugar with a small hint of jasmine essence and food colouring.

You can now select the filling you like or try a mixture of both mung bean and Japanese azuki (red-bean). We delicately handmake everything from our home kitchen in East London to ensure they represent the fine beauty of Thai desserts.

You can enjoy it as a light snack with your favourite flower tea for a chilled Sunday afternoon with your loved ones.

Meaning ‘generousness’, this can be a perfect thank you gift for your dear friends and family. They are a delightful treat for a relaxing day or evening.
